Transformational Yoga: Purification of the kosha's (layers - body, mind, emotions & heart) to connect to our deeper essence. A balance of postural work, breath work, mantra & meditation. Suitable for all levels & a perfect start to the weekend. Our Saturday Class focuses on Mannomaya Kosha & our inner Fire, inviting inner & outer strength to open our weekend

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your class, please contact us within 12 hours of the class. Please respect our teachers travel to hold your class so we need to meet their costs. If we are full, we reserve your mat for you. Payment will be requested by Bacs should you fail to cancel with 12hours notice.
