More Than a Studio

A place to connect, belong & find your people

From the very beginning, the intention was always to create community.

Not simply a place to come to a class, move your body, breathe, or take some time for yourself — but a space where people meet, connect & feel a sense of belonging.
We often heard in Ceremony & Women's Circles, when people shared from their hearts, that they are longing for community, for sisterhood, for connection.

And over the years, something really beautiful has happened.

People have met here who might never otherwise have crossed paths. Friendships formed. Collaborations begun. People have found homes, shared opportunities, supported one another & occasionally, even found love!

We've had someone in our community wanting to adopt a dog, while someone else was looking for the perfect home for one. We've seen house & home connections happen through conversations at the studio. And we've even had two people meet during a breathwork session, eventually leave the area together & go on to open a Retreat Centre in Goa.

We visited them there earlier this year. 🤍

These stories might seem like little coincidences, but to us they're something much bigger.

They're a reminder of what can happen when you bring good people into the same space.
 

Community beyond the mat

We want the studio to be a place where connection doesn't end when the class does.

That's why we're creating more opportunities to come together outside of our regular timetable too — from beach cleans & clothes swaps, to gatherings, shared experiences & ways to support our local community & environment.

Some will be big. Some will be simple.

The important thing is that they create an opportunity to meet someone new, spend time with familiar faces, share something, learn something, help one another — or simply feel part of something.

Because sometimes community is found in the most unexpected places.
 

A space for all of us

We believe community isn't something that can be created for people. It's something we create together.

• It's the person you chat to before class.

• The friend you make while waiting for the bathroom

• The recommendation someone shares when you're looking for somewhere to live.

• The dog that finds its new home.

• The heart share in a Ceremony that resonates with you

• The friendship that becomes a collaboration.

• The chance meeting that changes the direction of someone's life.

These are the moments we treasure most.. And they're a huge part of why this studio exists.
