With its roots in South India, this is a beautiful integral classical practice that encourages an opening & awareness in our physical body, whilst subtly helping our mind & emotions to be calm & present to encourage an open-ness in our hearts & a deeper connection to Self.
We work with intentions, with ritual, with our Energy bodies & with Mother Earth & her cycles.
A beautiful combination of Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation & Relaxation encourages a freedom in our bodies & minds.
I teach intuitively, so feel into what is needed in that moment & always from a place of love.
Having just returned from India, Joanne will be bringing all the magic from the birthplace of Yoga to her classes.
Chakra Yoga is the Beautiful aligning Chakra Sequence of Transformational Yoga ~ Balancing the energy centres to bring centre & calm to body, mind & soul (with touches of Reiki)
Raja Yoga, meaning 'Royal Yoga' is deeply relaxing for the mind. Followed by Yoga Nidra, meaning Yoga Sleep, you will leave the practice with a deep sense of calm.
