Embodiment Flow

Thursday Morning  |  09:30-11:00
A conscious, connected movement practice designed to guide you home to the wisdom of your body. This 90-minute journey invites you into deep presence through somatic exploration, nervous system regulation, and intuitive flow. We’ll attune to the subtle language of sensation, using it as a gateway into greater self-awareness, emotional release, and grounded connection. Expect a soulful blend of slow vinyasa, breath, and somatic inquiry — all anchored in the understanding that the body holds what the mind may not yet speak. This is a practice of embodiment, integration, and returning to wholeness.

Yin & Sound Bath

Tuesday Evening  I  19-20:30 
A deeply restorative evening to unwind, receive, and integrate. In this 90-minute offering, you’ll be guided through a nourishing yin yoga sequence designed to release tension, soften the body, and open energetic pathways — accompanied by the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls. This fusion of stillness and sound creates a space for deep rest, nervous system reset, and inner harmony. Let the vibrations wash over you as you drop into the space between effort and ease. A perfect midweek ritual to come back to yourself, soften the edges, and attune to the quiet wisdom within.

Meet Tyke

Tyke Riggs (he/him) is a soulful, heart-centered yoga teacher and space holder with a passion for guiding others into conscious connection with their bodies, breath, and inner landscapes. With over 800 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training and years immersed in the spiritual heartlands of India, Tyke weaves together somatics, subtle body awareness, and sacred movement to create practices that serve as portals back to presence.

His classes are a space to anchor into sensation, regulate the nervous system, and move with intention — not from the mind, but from the felt wisdom of the body. Through intuitive flows, deep stillness, and energetic attunement, students are invited to meet themselves with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

More than a teacher, Tyke is a guide — holding space for transformation, integration, and the ever-unfolding journey toward wholeness. When not teaching classes or workshops, he also facilitates immersive teacher trainings under the umbrella of his school, Blue Sage Yoga — a home for heart-led seekers and embodied wisdom.
