Yoga Nidra & Pranayama – Deep Rest for Body, Mind & Soul
Once a month (check the schedule) 19-20:00
Yoga Nidra, “yogic sleep,”, is a guided practice to allow your body to rest fully while your mind remains awake, releasing tension and restoring balance on every level.
Combined with Pranayama – the art of conscious breathing – this practice enhances energy flow, calms the nervous system, and supports emotional clarity.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a moment of inner peace, this class offers a profound way to recharge and reconnect with yourself.
No previous experience needed – just bring a willingness to surrender to stillness (& maybe an extra blanket & socks if you wish)

Transformational Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Join Joanne in a morning practice to gently open the body & ground the mind, ready for the day.
Incorporating Pranayama & Meditation, as well as classical Transformational Hatha Asana, you will leave the class feeling centred, calm & strong.

Meet Joanne/ Jitendra Mayee
Meet Joanne, the guardian of Transform to Bliss.
Joanne is a Teacher Trainer of Transformational Yoga & trained with Sri Swami Vidyanand in the South of India.
Joanne has guided classes, workshops, Teacher Trainings & retreats for 11 years in the U.K, Spain, Greece & India.
