Transformational Slow Yoga & Relaxation

Thursdays 7pm

Transformational yoga® is a powerful, integral & classical approach to physical health, emotional balance & mental & spiritual clarity.

This class is a mindful & gentle Transformational Yoga practice, followed by a long relaxation.

The 'Transform to Bliss' is the releasing of the layers, the conditions, the labels we may have taken on as our own through our life, so we can return or 'transform' to that beautiful state of bliss we arrived into this world with ~ knowing we have all we need within.

Yoga Nidra & Pranayama – Deep Rest for Body, Mind & Soul

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month 19-20h00
 

Step into a sanctuary of stillness with our Yoga Nidra & Pranayama class, where deep relaxation meets conscious breathwork. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that allows your body to rest fully while your mind remains awake, releasing tension and restoring balance on every level.

Combined with Pranayama – the art of conscious breathing – this practice enhances energy flow, calms the nervous system, and supports emotional clarity. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a moment of inner peace, this class offers a profound way to recharge and reconnect with yourself.

No previous experience is needed – just bring a willingness to surrender to stillness (& maybe an extra blanket if you wish & some socks!)

Thursdays 19h00 - 20h30 (Transformational Yoga & Relaxation)
Every 3rd week - Tuesday Evening 19-20h00 (Yoga Nidra & Pranayama)

€15 per class (starting in November)
Resident studio cards available, please ask.

Meet Joanne/ Jitendra Mayee

Meet Joanne, the guardian of Transform to Bliss.

Joanne is a Teacher Trainer of Transformational Yoga & Meditation & trained under the direct guidance of Sri Swami Vidyanand at SriMa School in the South of India. Joanne has guided classes, workshops, Teacher Trainings & retreats for 10 years.

Having experienced the profound Transformation during her Yoga Teacher Trainings & her time in India, Joanne’s passion is to offer this beautiful system to others. With additional training in Classical Hatha Vinyasa, Transformational Meditation, Anatomy, Reiki 1&2, EFT 1&2 & Astrology, she often blends these with her Yoga teachings.

Transformational Yoga Master - 500hr (India)

Transformational Hatha Yoga Teacher 200hr (Greece)

Classical Hatha - Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation - 100hr (India)

Joanne has deep gratitude for the lineage of Sri Aurobindo & The Mother & having experienced life in the Ramana Ashram of Tiruvanamalai during Maha Shivratri, Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi & the Holy Mountain Arunachala.
Joanne
 visits India as often as possible & in 2023 spent almost 3 months at the foothills of the Himalayas.

Her path is dedicated to deepening the connection to the Divine, knowing we are Divinity expressing itself in human form & encouraging this awareness in others - "Yoga is my way to connect deeply with myself, the stillness within, with others & the beautiful world around me" Joanne
