Evening Vinyasa
Unwind your day with a flowing practice designed to release tension and reconnect with your breath. Over 75 minutes, we’ll move steadily and with ease, blending strength and flexibility while creating a calm, grounded energy to carry you into the evening.

200-hours of Hatha Yoga 2016
250-hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 2018
300-hour teacher training at Aligned Yoga 2020

Meet Michelle

I fell in love with yoga after years of struggling with rheumatoid arthritis. The practice brought profound improvements, and since then I ́m on the path towards healing.
In 2011, I met Teresa Caldas, whose passion for yoga inspired me to pursue an 800-hour teacher training in Vijnana Yoga— a style that combines powerful postures with inner stillness.

I traveled to India several times to deepen my knowledge of yoga. During these trips, I completed additional certifications, including 200 hours of Hatha Yoga in 2016 and 250 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2018.

In 2020, I continued my journey with a 300-hour teacher training at Aligned Yoga (Alliance Certified).

I’ve taught yoga in various studios in Munich, worked with corporate clients, offered private lessons, and led workshops and events.

Since moving to the Algarve, I now offer retreats, online courses, and weekly classes.
