SLOW FLOW (all levels)
Mondays 16:30-18:00
This class is a gently unfolding Vinyasa practice, guided by the breath.
Rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, it weaves alignment, embodied awareness and endurance into a flowing sequence of postures.
The practice invites students to meet the body with curiosity and respect, allowing the mind to gradually quieten and clear.
Within movement, a sense of grounding and inner spaciousness can emerge, deepening the relationship to the body’s intelligence.

We enter a slow practice, where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the observation of thoughts and emotions.
The subtle energy centers (chakras) are softly integrated, guiding awareness from the physical body into subtler layers of perception.
The practice gradually unfolds into stillness, where students are invited to settle into quiet and openness.
From this space of presence, we enter the Spiritual Heart – Hridaya, where transformation arises through observation rather than control.

Meet Natalie
Movement has been a lifelong companion to Natalie and she experiences it as an ongoing exploration of self and the world.
Her approach to yoga weaves together this embodied foundation with both inner and outer alignment. Rooted in heart-centered awareness and deep respect for each individual’s unique path, Natalie’s teaching invites students into presence and openness. She creates a soft space where self-inquiry is allowed to unfold, carried by her warmth and quiet energy.
Her classes move within Slow Vinyasa, Hatha and Tantra Yoga — subtle and observant. Natalie encourages students to cultivate stillness within motion and to carry these principles beyond the mat into everyday life.
With over ten years of studying yoga, Natalie’s foundation is rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, bringing precision to her physical practice. She is currently expanding into subtle body activation and inner alchemy through advanced training in Tantra Yoga & Meditation. Shaped by her experience of living as a Karma Yogi at Hridaya Yoga Center and their non-dual teachings, she views yoga as an offering toward a more loving way of being – nurturing inner and outer peace, reverence for all life and recognition of what unites us.
