What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice for all levels and ages. It focuses heavily on cleansing the
subconscious mind and the aura (electromagnetic field) to help us balance our mind and
emotions.
It is a complete system that not only strengthens the physical body but also the nervous and
glandular systems, and helps us free ourselves from stress and depression.
It is a technology that uses mantra (sound), pranayama (breathing), kriya (movement), and
meditation to help us experience a more authentic connection with ourselves and reality.
It is a creative way to heal and liberate ourselves.

About Gracia

Gracia is the founder of the Grace Kundalini Institute, an online program launched in 2020 in
Mexico City in response to the need at the time to reconnect with our inner power to heal and
elevate our consciousness.
Her professional career began in the Humanities and Arts, studying History at UNAM (Mexico),
soon transitioning to Dance and completing a degree in Spanish Dance at the Professional Dance
Conservatory of Seville (Spain).
Her journey into the world of yoga and mental health would come later, and to date, she has
completed various trainings in various disciplines: Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vipassana
Meditation and Mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology, and Positive Psychology.
In the field of Psychology, she has taken specialized courses in the Neurobiology of Attachment
and Trauma Healing, and in Strategies for Navigating Breakup and Reconciliation in Relationships,
with some of the most renowned therapists worldwide:
Peter Levine, PhD; Allan Schore, PhD; Bessel van Der Kolk, MD; Daniel J. Siegel, MD; among
others.
In Kundalini Yoga, she trained with Masters Guru Jagat, Harijiwan, and Gurujas, who were direct
students of Yogi Bhajan, the pioneer of Kundalini Yoga in the West, and who are winners of
several Grammy Awards.
Based on her extensive training, Gracia relies on an artistic and feminine style when teaching this
type of yoga.
Her hope is that more people will be able to easily incorporate this technology into their daily
lives, so that they can have the tools to experience self-love and inner peace.
She has led online and in-person classes in Seville, Madrid, Mexico City, Tulum, Lisbon,
Vancouver, and other locations around the world. She is also constantly developing creative
projects to continue impacting the collective consciousness.
