What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a transformative practice that awakens your inner energy through breathwork, mantra, movement, and deep meditation. It is designed to clear the energetic pathways, balance the chakras, and reconnect you with your natural state of clarity, vitality, and bliss. Each class invites you to explore your inner landscape and expand your awareness in a safe, grounded way. Suitable for all levels, this practice supports both physical wellbeing and spiritual growth.

About Jennifer

Originally from the UK, Jennifer began teaching as part of her Bachelors Degree in 2010 & went on to teach & hold retreats around Europe, Asia & S.America. Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa & Mantra in Nepal & later Transformational Yoga in India with Swami Vidyanand (The South Indian lineage of Sri Aurobindo & The Mother).  


Jennifer embraces the individuality of each student & class, integrating modern practices with as much authenticity to the traditional teachings as possible. Classes have a theme but no plan & usually combine movement, Pranayama, Observation, Mantra & Sound to allow space for students to become more connected to their bodies, multi-dimensions & inner selves. 

Jeni creates space for students to feel safe & relaxed to be in that moment, grow in awareness & connect to a deeper, divine & unified part of self & life.
