Experience the transforming effects of this beautiful practice with Joanne Merlini – Grand Master of Transformational Yoga & Meditation. Trained directly with Sri Swami Vidyanand in India, Joanne brings this unique practice to the Algarve. Each month is a different theme, In July, this 2.5 hour workshop is themed as - Release & Centre Embracing our natural flow through asana, breath work & body awareness Chakra Connections & Releasing techniques Gathering scattered energy Cooling for the season with Pranayama, meditations & mantra Time for deep rest & and always lots of love! With a pause for a herbal tea & a healthy snack, you will leave feeling replenished, nourished & centred. Suitable for all levels & everything provided.

To cancel your class, please contact us within 12 hours of the class. Please respect our teachers travel to hold your class so we need to meet their costs. If we are full, we reserve your mat for you. Payment will be requested by Bacs should you fail to cancel with 12hours notice.
