Service Description
Sound Healing Journey – a sacred space to release, remember and return to your essence. 3rd & 17th September 18:30-20:00 Guided by the sacred frequencies of Sound Bowls, Koshi Chimes & Ocean Drum, we create a space where your body can relax, your mind can become quiet and your inner waters can gently begin to move again. As the sounds move through your body, they may support deep relaxation, inner clarity, emotional release and a deeper sense of inner calm. No experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to be held by sound, frequency and presence. I am looking forward to sharing this space with you. Exchange: 20 €

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your class, please contact us within 12 hours of the class. Please respect our teachers travel to hold your class so we need to meet their costs. If we are full, we reserve your mat for you. Payment will be requested by Bacs should you fail to cancel with 12hours notice.
