SOMALAB
At Transform to Bliss, we offer practices, classes & workshops to bring you to your center, to your born state of 'Bliss', Ananda.
Coming in MAY
Thursday 17-18:30
Somalab is a living laboratory where we explore the inner landscapes of the body through movement, breath, sound, touch and shared reflection.
A sanctuary for women to feel and be felt, to connect, share, sing and dance. A space to move freely, shake loose, be wild, be tender, love deeply, and come home to what is true.
A typical session includes:
• 30 min arriving into the body
• 15 min reflection on a theme*
• 45 min somatic journey
Somalab — Soma means body, Lab means laboratory: a place for exploration and discovery.
*Themes may include heart desires, the shadow side, women’s anatomy, moving as you feel, anger, sacred rage and grief, work and purpose, sensuality, aliveness (including erotic energy), the nervous system, and the cycles of life — or whatever emerges in the moment.
Tools we use:
somatic movement, dance, voice and sounding, self-touch, massage, somatic inquiry, sharing circles, deep listening, breath and energy work, relaxation and journaling.
To bring: comfortable cloths, a journal

Meet Diana
Diana is passionate about female embodiment. Born in Switzerland, she first studied physical education and later worked as a flight attendant, traveling the world while deepening her interest in holistic body practices.
In her 30s she trained as a bodyworker, yoga teacher, Ayurvedic nutritionist and personal trainer, and completed an 800-hour training in Vijnana Yoga with her senior teacher. She later founded her own retreat company and has since held space for thousands of people in workshops and retreats.
In her 40s, Diana deepened her path into women’s work and female empowerment, studying somatic education for women. She is also a dancer and musician.
Now in her 50s, her work — Somalab — brings together her knowledge, wisdom and life experience into a space for embodied exploration.
