Conscious Connected Breath work

At Transform to Bliss, we offer practices, classes & workshops to bring you to your center, to your born state of 'Bliss', Ananda.

 

One of our offerings is Conscious Connected Breath work.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an incredibly powerful and transformative practice.. 

This breathwork allows us to deeply connect with our inner selves and access profound states of awareness, a playful dance between the physical and spiritual realms. 

 

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation, that uses a circular open mouth breath to slightly stimulate our sympathetic nervous system. It balances our inner world by connecting the mind to the felt senses of the body. 

 

This type of breathing allows us to purge the body and nervous system of emotional buildup. It encourages detachment from the mind and thoughts, and deepens the connection to your heart and body.

 

Benefits of Conscious Connected Breathing:

In these sessions we reset and recharge our systems, feel more empowered and find emotional freedom.

 

Details:

 

A session is around 1.5 hours and accompanied by music. It is best to give yourself a few hours of calm time afterwards. 

 

It is an informed ethical practice, honoring both of our personal boundaries as we work together.

 

Each workshop is different, and the quality and type of experience each person has is unique. No prior experience is needed.

Meet Alexandra

I grew up in the UK and the beautiful mountains of Colorado in the US.

I’ve walked through many fires in my life; addiction, loss, traumas and experiences that have shaped who I am. I found freedom through flying, meditation and breathwork. When I'm under my parachute, dancing with the wind, I feel alive, present, connected to the earth and myself. 

 

I love exploring the world, and in my voyage of life I have learned that no matter who or where you are, there are threads that connect us all as humans.

 

I am committed to empowering others to find freedom in their lives.

We are multifaceted beings, and I believe we all need to find the tools that work best for us.

 

I've always had a deep interest in the mind and consciousness and I integrate different modalities I've studied throughout my life into what I do.
