At Transform to Bliss, we offer practices, classes & workshops to bring you to your center, to your born state of 'Bliss', Ananda.
One of our Yoga styles is Gracious Hatha Flow, a beautiful way of getting into the body & being in flow.

Classical Hatha 200 hour
Yin 50 hour
Aerial 50 hour "high" version
Restorative and pregnancy 50 hour
Yoga Nidra 50 hour
Body Balance trained since 2002 (A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates)

Meet Amie
Her real yogic path started in 1994 when as a 14 year old she connected to the truth of the practice & the connection to her body & life.
What Amie says..

But it's often the last thing we truly care about. Truly listening to what it needs, as opposed to what our ego thinks it needs or has to look like"
