At Transform to Bliss, we offer practices, classes & workshops to bring you to your center, to your born state of 'Bliss', Ananda.

Pilates is a whole body exercise that has numerous benefits & is commonly used as cross-training workout.

 

Pilates will help increase core strength, improve posture, and prevent injuries, among other benefits. The Pilates practice includes over 600 exercises and variations. 

Pilates is for everybody, regardless of gender, age or current fitness level.

Meet Claudine

Graduated in PILATES (Classical, Contemporary, Clinical and Reformer), 13 years ago. 

Claudine has sailed and taught in the Algarve and elsewhere in the world. For her PILATES is a perfect balance between functional work, concentration and knowledge of the human body. She loves to learn about the amazing machine that is our body. Staying mobile and healthy at all ages and at all stages of our lives is her motto.

Pedagogy and teaching are, for her, vehicles of positive changes and this is what she aspires to transmit through her group and private training.
