Service Description

Pilates is a whole body exercise that has numerous benefits & is commonly used as cross-training workout. Pilates will help increase core strength, improve posture, and prevent injuries, among other benefits. The Pilates practice includes over 600 exercises and variations. Pilates is for everybody, regardless of gender, age or current fitness level. Claudine will guide you every Thursday afternoon.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your class, please contact us within 12 hours of the class. Please respect our teachers travel to hold your class so we need to meet their costs. If we are full, we reserve your mat for you. Payment will be requested by Bacs should you fail to cancel with 12hours notice.
